Shows how to re-index the carousel on an HP LaserJet 2840 AIO. *RAW VIDEO* Sorry for the poor camera work, best I could do on short notice with a BB Torch -- but I guarantee this helps a few people. The white alignment nubs on the white gears are washed out by the video light -- but you'll see them. Carousel can be knocked out of alignment by cheap aftermarket toners that have binding up gears; gears on new toners should turn by hand easily.

Instructions for correction: Please see video for instructions on realigning carousel. You will need to take all of the cartridges out of the printer prior to aligning. Pull out on top of the carousel gears. You will hear a click. Rotate carousel back up one tooth on the gear then push back into place appying pressure to the top edge of the carousel. You will hear a click when gear goes back into place. Make sure both sides of carousel are even before installing HP toners. 360 Technologies is not responsible for damages caused to your equipment from the instructions in this video.
