HP Officejet Pro 8000 Enterprise Printer | Product Overview & Unboxing Video Clips. Duration : 12.30 Mins.
A three-part video series on the new HP Officejet Pro 8000 Enterprise printer (9), whose purpose in life is use on a managed network. This is significant because this has been the domain of workgroup color laser printers over the last decade or so. It also is significant because it promises to bring us back to the "good old days," when select individuals had their own personal printers that have likely since been taken from them. Since the Officejet Pro 8000 Enterprise printer has a lower cost per page and is just as manageable as virtually any color laser printer for a very small workgroup, there is now a compelling reason to re-examine the true cost effectiveness of workgroup color laser printers (eg: people wandering around looking for their prints) and the possibility of reversing the tide and simultaneously rewarding end-users PLUS save time and money--a rare trifecta indeed. Part I - Product Overview and Unboxing Part II - Installing Ink/Media Supplies and Installation Wrap-Up Part III - Network/Software Installation and Software Overview Have fun with the videos, especially since my voice was shot at the time (this note is evidence that I'm not dead yet). Plus, there's a couple of those audio slow-downs courtesy of my unsolved nVIDIA driver/Windows 7 issue (I wasn't drunk). Nevertheless, I edited out a majority of the anomalies before rendering the videos. Enjoy!
